Ambidex Prototype - Redditch Tackle Fair Nov 19 2023

I am looking forward to stalling out at the next Redditch Tackle Fair at the Abbey Stadium this Sunday 19th November 2023.

Some years ago I purchased a couple of very interesting Ambidex reels that I will be taking to the Redditch Tackle Fair. These include a 1960's Ambidex prototype that is fitted with an interesting side tension mechanism (it is a genuine prototype as I have the signed provenance on JW Young letter headed paper). It will not be for sale however I will be happy to allow fellow TFF enthusiasts to have a have a look at it and examine it.

I will have a few interesting bits for sale as well as a couple of copies of my book, "JW Young & Sons - A Century of the Art of making Fishing Reels". I will of course be happy to discuss 'Youngs'.
