Hi Spires lakes near North Tawton is a great place with two lakes....lower one is the older of the two and holds some large Perch,upto 5lb!!,also nice carp.The top lake is the one for the sit behind the rods carp guys out there.I visit the lower one and go to the far 'wild' end and catch carp freelining.Top afternoon of sport!!!
