That sounds a majical place...I'm not at all surprised that you found this place,as indeed I fish several discovered little paradises hidden away in North Cornwall...one of my favourites is up on the cliffs,within earshot of the Atlantic and is situated on a defunct RAF target bombing range depicting a Japanese island complete with rusting targets and the accommodation and service areas still in situ,amazing..

Many of these places,held carp that have been ottered,but still awesome little gems..

In my village most people think there are three small lakes,and that's it....wrong,there are nine fishable lakes,all on private land one includes a mini Beechmere alike....

Seek and ye shall find...!
