AC you must be heart broken over this - I know I would be. To avoid such issues every rod I have bought since the 1970s I have always gone and collected it myself - I just could not bear such a disappointment and frankly I will be amazed if the matter is resolved satisfactorily which sadly only makes things worse. Chin up and watch on ebay for the same rod re-appearing for sale - you never know.

Sickening AC Parcelforce and RM are a gamble these days as I've had items both sent to and from me just disappear. It's nothing short of disgraceful in my book

In reality the item has not arrived, you should be able to get your money back from paypal, and the seller from parcelforce, not ideal, but a solution?
