Way out of your area JT but my favourite hat came from Snook the hatters in Bridport,Dorset.Mr Snook calls it the Ferrett catcher but its an Indy type hat that is almost bombproof.The site is worth a look more for pictures of the annual hat festival than the hats.He does mail order though and sends hats all over the world.

It’s well worn now could do with the rim starching but it still does the job of keeping the sun off. The hat makes a lovely sun shade for an afternoon nap.
