The estate lake pike isn't bad as well! :laugh:
Well, it's further proof that the younger FB liked to fish in tweeds etc...
But I digress.. the point is, tweed is warm and comfortable, but is it practical for fishing? It is not totally waterproof and when it gets slime on it...
I agree that tweed looks the part: but bearing in mind that modern clothing can be warmer and more washable, has tweed had its day on the bank, I wonder?
