I have to disclose the fact that as well as knowing Dave I also know where it was caught and as far as we are aware no boilies or pellets are ever used along the stretch. Previous photos of the fish also show a full but not floppy belly.
In my view a very nice fish but won't fish the swim in respect to the anglers already fishing it.

Of course Bumble.
Not certain it was mentioned in the 'comics' but Dave was also a previous Barbel record holder.
