Looks a long fish to me, First impression was a Thirteenish, but then
I's never that good at estimates.

I've never Caught a barbel or even seem one in the flesh but I would like to think your one is 14 lbs 2 oz

scales i had weighed it at 10lb 11oz could not check them as they broke lool

Ray, there is no way that fish is 10lb, when I saw the picture first I thought what have you just put back without knowing its true size, I have seen them in the 10-14lb bracket out of the Thames and that fish is every bit the high end of that group. Guess you will need to go and catch it again to find out what it is now

I tend to agree, it looks about thirteen or so to me.... unless Ray's a lot smaller than I remember him
