On the back of bumbles post really, would anyone care to describe, draw or photograph their go too rigs for crucian carp? I don't ledger much and have never since switching to cane. I really want to have a go but confidence in my own abilities is low, so any help would be appreciated.

I think with Crucians' you are better off float fishing, (if you can). Because of the shy bites and the fact most of the time you can fish in close, that is what I would do. Use the lightest float you can get away with. A dart type would be good. If I were to ledger, and couldn't use a quiver tip, then a Swing tip or a bottle top would be my next choice.

Ledgering with a feeder-bolt-rig seems one way to go!
