You always used to just pitch up and I don't think I ever paid. You knew you were in the right spot when at 4pm the local fella would turn up and start running a big piece of flake through your swim under a float

I usually fish above Fordingbridge or below. Only looked at twice last year with no anglers present. As I have said before due to the activity in the park it keeps the cormorants away rather like the Salisbury area.
