Can anyone tell me about this Speedia.I have never come across one without handles before.

Hi Roachy, it looks like it has had two new large holes drilled in it where the handles used to be and has been painted to hide the raw metal.
If you enlarge the picture you can see the two holes at 2 and 8 oclock are slightly larger than the others.
