New member from Sheffield

Just a quick thank you to admin and hello to all.
My name is John,i'm a fifty year old chap from Sheffield.
I've a garage full of carbon and camouflage but a small amount of inherited traditional tackle that lives indoors.
I drifted over to fly fishing as i felt like a scaffolder turning up to fish,but since rediscovering the simplicity of trotting with cane and pin,the bite alarms and fly gear is gathering dust.
I put some line on my old Mitchell Match today,so i shall be extending my trad fishing to the Estate lake i fish.
Anyway,thanks for having me,i'm now off to the search function to do some reading.
