Double compound taper Festival

A new addition to the National Collection ... this rather special rare "R. Sealey's Festival."
I already have other examples of this 11ft., 3 section rod comprising a whole cane butt, and split cane centre sections, but there are variations.
This one, like it's 'bigger brother,' the "R. Sealey's Festival Avon," has compound tapers not only in the centre section but also in the tip section. I hope you can make them out in the photos.
Add to this that it has been beautifully restored by Paul Cook, and you'll understand why I say 'special.'
This shows the compound taper in the centre section, between the 2nd. and 4th. intermediate whippings from the left :-
... and this on the tip section, between the 3rd. and 6th. intermediate whippings from the left :-
