Dick Walkers hand made rods

Good evening fellow friends,In the rod building book,there is a 9-5inch hollow built match rod designed for light float fishing on the Bedfordshire Ouse,all the details of the cane measurements are there I think .has anybody ever made a copy of such a rod .Reelmaker.
