Well, as shown in the pictures, not actually a pole but this little leather case would probably held all the end tackle a pole fisher between the wars would have needed for a days sport.
This case holds a couple of made up rigs , spare hooks to gut, shot tin, scissors and a bone disgorger.
The rig winder looks a deal older than the wallet, so I shall replace it with the one shown below that seems more in keeping.
Just add a pint of gentles, a couple of suitable rod rests, a landing net and a Sowerbutts pole and no gudgeon is safe!
