Yet another stupid pointless topic, causing friction between members!

It is not a free lid, it came with the coco, which you paid for!

I may as well say, free bait box, from the tub of butter I bought, really not worth a conversation.

Maybe repurposed lid would be better.
I don’t think there was any friction, certainly on my part it was good humoured joshing.

Before we close the post. Jam jar type lids can be very useful for capping off plastic tubes when sending rods. Some are around 70mm and fit rainwater down pipe perfectly. Much better than cardboard discs.
