Paul Cook Float Tube

Post by Old Man Oakley »

An odd post this one!

But just checking no one has had a Paul Cook float tube stolen. I have just bought a PC tube off of ebay. But the listing was slightly odd in that the seller didn't even mention it was made by PC, just that it was a float tube. Thereby reducing the value considerably. Also there has been a name or something similar rubbed off the side of the tube. I'm sure all is well, but I thought I had better check with you all.

Happy to respond to PM's.

PS really sorry if the seller was a member of our august society! Sorry to have cast stones!!
Believe me, my young friend, there is nothing - absolutely nothing - half so much worth doing as simply messing about in boats.

I'd like to say its might be mine. But that would be a big fib! Enjoy it whilst you can, for the sale does appear to be a little odd.

Very honest of you Sir! If nobody claims it then at least you can continue to admire and use it knowing you have tried to solve any pending impediment for its use - they are really lovely items.

There’s an Andrew Field float on there too with a rather odd description.....
