I assume they have an agreement, Sir, as they say in their email "Fishing is £5 per day. We supply the ticket. You need your own relevant licence."

Well ... arrived at the self catering cottage after an 'interesting' journey. The little Austin performed impeccably, of course, but I had to stop once because the horizontal snow was so dense I couldn't see 20 yards ahead !!! The accommodation is most excellent, with views out to Ross and the river (when the snow allows). It's remarkable ... changing every 10 minutes and varying from blue skies and sunshine to arctic white out !!!

How the fishing will be tomorrow ... well ... I hope Isaac is looking down on me. Wish me luck ... please !!!

Same view at 5pm !!! :-

Don't worry AC, I'm further up the Wye Near Builth Wells and the snow isn't settling so not much to worry about flooding wise. This is just tame snow showers for us. :Thumb:

Best of luck with the fishing Sir. :Hat:

Good luck chap, hope you catch. Any help I can offer, let me know. A friend of mine had a 6lb 3oz chub from just down stream from you on Saturday on cheese paste.

Since I last posted, we now have about an inch of snow settled.

Sorry AC, I fear I may have cursed yu with the dreaded snow. I sincerely hope and pray not. :Beg:
