60 years

Post by Loop Erimder »

So its 60 years today when it all changed for the angling world... Mr Richard Walker and the capture of the British record carp of 44lb from Bernithan pool, named Ravioli and then changed to Clarrissa. What a great time to be on the pool today
Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish

It should be a national bank holiday.

Imagine being at Redmire today.

Yes to Walker, Ravioli and to Pete Thomas (netsman) who could so easily have been the captor. I agree it should be a national holiday for those who hold a valid fishing License!
