Re: Differences
Seek and ye shall find:
Lawrence Robert Hardy - famous caster and one of the Owners
or so it seems - It is not "Left Retrived handed" - although I think in my case it may be at times.

Re: Differences
It is elsewhere on here but here goes - roughly!
LRH 1 - about 1lb t/c
LRH 2 - about 2lb t/c - I have several which I use for carp, barbel & pike
LRH 3 - about 3lb t/c with steel core
All Salmon spinning rods at 9 ft 6 in. They do differ however throughout the production dates.
There is available via a post on here the Hardy Guides giving more details.

Re: Differences
LRH No1 is 1 3/4lb (approx)
LRH No2 is 2 1/4lb (approx)
There is also a LRH No0 rare rod though.

Re: Differences
There is also a "0" in the range, lighter than the others and a foot shorter at 8'6"

Sorry Beresford just noticed your footnote about the "0"

Re: Differences
f you ever consider buying one I would suggest that the 3 is too heavy for all but mega fish and pole vaulting, the 2 is very popular for carp but is also a bit heavy for my liking but the 1 is a Goldilocks rod and a pleasure to use. I had many carp including 30lb+ fish on mine.
