I have an LRH 2 and it is delightful.

I have never seen a 3 but I have an old Hardy salmon spinning rod here which I suspect has a steel core and must be a 3-4lb year curve. It is more suited to mahseer than most salmon. It’s going to Spain in October to catch a big catfish.

Ha - thanks Dave, someone here has just told me the story of Goldilocks and the three bears - Goldilocks sounds like a bit of a madam to me....
