Hello all,
I have a a narrow spool Speedia bought from a certain internet action site a while back. It has had a hard life, but despite this, it still spins well and fishes well. I enjoy using it. When I first received it, I took the spool off and gave it a really good clean and re-oiled it with sewing machine oil. I tried to take up some slight endplay but the central adjusting screw appears to be seized despite several applications of WD40. I didn't want to risk damage the adjusting screw by further tinkering (I have no engineering skills!) so left it at that. Can anyone give me some advice on how I might free up the screw? Or better still, can anyone recommend a trusted pair of hands who might be able sort this out for me for an appropriate consideration?
Thanks and regards, Rob

Also ,some slight end play is good.
In order to shoot some close-ups, wildlife photographer ,the late Len Scapstillon, lured the orca to him by dressing as a seal.......
