Returning Member
Having gone quiet on the forum a few years ago. I am now pleased to be back!
I've been collecting tackle since my first Allcock's "Lucky Strike" in the late 1950s, and have amassed a fine collection of mainly English fly reels. From 2009 to 2017 I ran an online tackle shop, "Wm. Salter & Grandson", selling (latterly) entirely English traditionally styled and crafted fly tackle, but am now retired for the second time.
cheers,
Doc

Unfortunately the retirement was brought about by ill-health, but I haven't given up hope!Nigel Rainton wrote: ↑Fri Oct 04, 2019 7:06 pm Hi,

Doc,
I'm sorry to hear that, I hope that you will be able to wet a line soon.

Welcome back and I hope the health problems don’t put too much of a damper on your fishing.

Nice to have you on the forum Doc. I really liked the look of your fly reels but was too late!
