Question,
Should the tips of rod sections be below their separate
bag sewn sections or above? Prior to folding over the flap.
I suppose if they actually protrude slightly the it is a double flap of material to protect them. Not sure if some of my bags have shrunk.
May have found a lady who may work some up for us, and would just like to get a sample first.
Look forward to your responses

Definitely below.
Ask our friend from Deabill Street!
But like you, I have a few rods where the bags seem to have shrunk, and the tips protrude above the sleeve sections.

Re: Rod bag top foldover
I may be wrong but I store my rods with the tips of the sections in the bag and the butt to the open side with the flap. The tags to hang the rods are at the closed side and the heaviet part of the section should be at the bottom when the rod is hung up.
