Rare Rods.

Good morning,Ive noticed a strange 8ft rod on eBay made by Brouth called the Clip tip ,can glass be spliced into split cane ,also the lined rings seem a strange mix of lined modern ceramics,is this a fake or a genuine built rod of the named maker.Terry (Reelmaker)
