The Magda Works were next to Pegley Davies on that trading estatewho also made the rods of F.T.William's Craftsmen range.
PD didn't offer Harrington reels in their catalogues for very long, perhaps thinking them not as good as others?
I was once shot in the eye with a Gat gun...the pellet bounced off my eyeball. I was surely lucky that the angle made that at all possible, but it does give you an idea of the power of them....

Well done Michael for admitting your mistake, it is easy to do! Harrington's did produce a range of inexpensive reels, but these examples are as good as I have seen!
