Did Sowerbutts make a landing net handle?

Post by Gobio Gobio »

Did Sowerbutts make a cane landing net handle?.
I have seen a landing net handle with what appears to be the classic Sowerbutts whipping pattern so wondering if they made one?.

Thanks

Paul, the only ones I have seen are the tip holder type which came with certain rods so they were only about 4ft 6in long at the most. I suppose a few old pole sections with top ends missing will have been converted to two piece net handles over the years.

Wal.
