Hi Prince,
the thread size is 3/8" BSF which is the same as used on landing nets, banksticks, rod rest heads, bite alarms etc so that is usually the best place to find threaded parts for making extensions etc. I have found the older type buzzer bars with brass fittings are ideal as a source of threaded parts for making things like this.

Excellent. I must have a go, the rod gives you arm ache. Can't believe Allcocks never thought to make a longer handle.
