Rare B James - Peter Tombelson rod

This rare rod is in excellent condition having been correctly stored for many years it is 3 piece 11foot 3inch split cane and is as straight as a die and has black anodised reel rings and butt fitting the ferrules still pop when being dismantled The rod as been at some time re whipped with ruby red instead of burgundy and the eyelets are not original red agate top /bottom eyelets with a hook ring also A collector or enthusiast who spends another £200 to restore the rod ie re whip. replace eyelets and strip and re-lacquer will be able to command a premium price for this very rare rod Price £295
