CLOTH ,COTTON BAIT APRON

Post by Bobthefloat »

I'm trying to find a link to a website I saw on Tff a while back regarding the bait aprons but I'm certain they had another name for them.
Can anyone help ?

I've one that was sold on that auction site as a 'florists 3/4 apron' it's bottle green and has 2 big bellows pockets for your baits and a pair of smaller pockets that will take disgorgers and the handle of my Drennan catapult nicely. I've added velcro to hold a beer towel in the handiest place.

That's a great idea! :Hat:
I would still like to find that old link though as I'm sure the company made some other useful bits

That 'unspeakable' auction website has a choice of 3 sorts of 'maggot' bag - at about a fiver each!

Is tabard the word you are looking for?

I always buy one to see how good they are as they vary so much - some only lasting a season!

A French company do a cloth knee length apron - so a hand towel as well. Great when sitting on your basket!

It seems bait aprons are out of fashion!
