This is brilliant! Well done. I’ve just listened to the first of Jack Hargreave’s talks. So nice to hear him again. I shall enjoy these very much. Thanks again. :Thumb:

Great - Walker/Taylor in your study!

Fred's tale re his largest Pike (32lber) shows what a good angler he was.

The close season is an important and interesting time for the Angler who set out to catch big fish. It is a timely opportunity for him to make new tackle or renovate old. There are no end of jobs to do, apart from those horrible things called Gardens!

With Martin James's permission I have just added a video file called ' The Carp Society Conference 1988'. This is a video file which I extracted from a dated DVD disc. It appears inside the existing link in my original post.

Thats great, thank you, I will look forward to that later!
I was listing the The Waters Edge last night ( Martin James and I have the same regional dialect) tell me, was the Len Arbery interview talking about Barbel and Chub the late Len Arbery that we knew on TFF? If so it was lovely to put a voice to the name for those of us who never have spoken to him.
Thank you.
