Barri Ricketts book on catch more Perch ,lures made from Jays wing feathers (blue and black stripes) Shank of an eel hook wound with raffier . Caught a nice Chub on that a long time ago !!!!

Rab fishes flies with wriggly tails Santiago and he has had more perch action than I have.I don’t know what the tail is made with but it’s very thin,worm like.
Sounds like a really nice and bright fly Liphook.I have tried drawing the the stripes with a black permanent marker but the one I have seems to be sticky and sticks the hairs together,which I don’t know if ok or not.

Maybe I can tie a few predator flies with them to use them up.

A giant Sinfoils Fry would work.
