At Last My Traditional Net Is Ready.

Post by Caneforme »

The two Cane handles for my traditional net arrived today, one two handed 6 footer and a 5 footer which is the one I will be using the most.

I cant wait to get her on the bank and try her out. Fish permitting of course :fish:

John :)

That looks super, I really like that.

Funny, I have a handle very similar to yours, a five foot one, and I just now need to get a lovely net head like that.

All the best.

Looks good, I hope the next fish you catch fills it!
It's similar to the one I use, but the handle(s) you have are straight.

John, if you don’t mind telling me, who supplied the landing net, the handles and what was the cost? I have the net head and have tried making a six foot handle using bamboo, a 3/8 BSF nut stuck to a ferrule and a lot of work…
