A Benwood 9' special

Just found this a a boot fair, and wonered if anyone could shed some light on this rod, as the title says it's a Benwood 9' special,

I had a carp margin rod ,from what I could find out it was a London maker,only ever saw a couple of rods,mine was whole cane bottom split and top with low bell eyes ,it was a powerful rod ,hope that helps,Mike :Hat:

I believe that Benwoods was supplied by Ted Oliver at some Stage! :Hat:
