I can attest to the highlighted text, as from folded all it needs is a light flick to lock into position.
Allcocks may have made them under licence, or bought the rights outright, I don't know, but the designer was Hancock.

I'm afraid mine doesn't erect with a flick as my thong is too tight. :eyebrow:

Here's how they appeared in an old Allcocks catalogue:
