Chaps, I have at last scanned and assembled a PDF to share here. I have deliberately created it to replicate the atmosphere of the original papers, not as a normal scanned images, these are more photographic. There are 38 pages in the PDF document which can be viewed in various ways of best downloaded for those like me that have a slow connection.
