The landing net pole and positive comments has given me some encouragement to try other items. Thanks!
What do they know of fishing who know only one fish and one way to fish for him?

What a cracking job you have done!
Its surprising how long it takes for bamboo to season.
It was well worth the wait!
I am in the middle of making a handle ( two part) from an old Bamboo heavy beach caster.
The stop on the end of your one gave me an idea for my own.
Wishing you all the best for your craftsmanship and to land "That Big One"

The close season is an important and interesting time for the Angler who set out to catch big fish. It is a timely opportunity for him to make new tackle or renovate old. There are no end of jobs to do, apart from those horrible things called Gardens!
