I'm retracing the steps of Jack Hargreaves this week with a session on the upper Dorset Stour. Like Jack I used a maggot feeder; the big dace that Jack caught 40 years ago are long gone but there's still some good fish about. Enjoy!

Thank you Mark, that film really brought back happy memories of trips to the Stour and the Hampshire Avon many years ago! Many of us L.A.A. members struggled to cope with trotting the fast weedy venues that we visited. Using a small (and sometimes not so small) feeder was the answer with sometimes great success! Those were the days!

Reminds me of doing that on the river Mole in Esher whilst fishing Winter League matches! Enjoyable to watch!
