Recording this is the most fun I've had on the bank in years. Just concentrating on the sounds around you gives an entirely new perspective.

The other podcasts from Garret's team are really good!
I woke up early this morning but decided a lay in would be nice.
I popped in my earphones and listened to this..
"Lovely"... trouble was it was so restful I fell to sleep and missed the last few minutes!
(But have fished it now)

The close season is an important and interesting time for the Angler who set out to catch big fish. It is a timely opportunity for him to make new tackle or renovate old. There are no end of jobs to do, apart from those horrible things called Gardens!
