10 points if you can identify this Victorian angler and sportsman.
It is Henry Cholmondeley Pennell, author of the "Book of the Pike", and the Badminton library's "Fishing" entry among other works.

Thanks Crucian. Here's another, slightly more ambitious effort.

The angler, signature, and background are three separate images edited and combined. My graphic design skills are rudimentary but I'm satisfied with the result. Also pictured: the same model of reel he's using.
