Can't beat that deal, at all, even with reel foot issues.
I'd take that foot to a bench grinder and give it a makeover.
If you look at mine, the foot was almost squared off on the ends. Easy fix.

Chrome mag wheel polish and a bench buffer wheel will make yours shine like new.

Stripdown to bare body parts is really simple on this reel. I didn't post a strip step by step, on this reel, but the exploded diagram, I posted, helps.
