This is absolutely shameful and, as far as the news story goes, there's no clue as to the perpetrators. Whilst I've never fished the Upper Ouse, it remains an iconic stretch of river. This kind of neglect and negligence gives me a heavy heart and says so much about the how poor we, as humans, have become as custodians of the natural world. One small step back for man, a giant step back for mankind!
