Casting For gold

Watched a good fishing film lately, why not talk about it in here.

Casting For gold

Post by Haydn Clarke »

Just watched Messrs Boote and Bailey for the umpteenth time. In all likelihood I shall never know what it's like to be attatched to a 50 LB + mahseer but this film is, to this day, probably still the best thing for us armchair Indian rods. Well worth sourcing a copy.

Truly superb, well filmed and fantastic fish. I for one, fully intend to 'cast for gold', one day, be it in the Himalayas or Cauvery. It a shame Paul doesn't have an input on this forum. I always like to see what he has to say, even if sometimes I'm not in agreement.

Aha

Just when things were looking a bit dreary- put the Boote in it. Greetings Paul.
