I love that first photo but I've only ever seen it in B&W. It is all the better for have a touch of colour.

Note the white spreader block then look at my photo of the nets.

I'll sort out my photo of Dick which has been published many times. I took about a dozen [with much hilarity] and destroyed the poor ones which Dick didn't like. All my photos are 2 1/4 square trannys so its quite a job to get scans of those that haven't been done for my talks.

Digitising 2 1/4 transparencies is something I have just done a lot of. I bought a 2 1/4 slide viewer which lies flat on the table and is illuminated. I then set up my digital camera looking straight down via a tripod, turned out the room lights and photographed the slide. The results were excellent.

It is the Redmire punt. It is just a different Redmire punt than today's punt.
