Dear all - thought you might to see the completed job from a recent piece of work acquired in a pretty bad state off e-bay - including a "before" shot.
I still think these rods are underestimated. Took her for a morning session on the Avon at Britford on Thursday and got into a shoal of lovely grayling up to 1.5lb having expected a flood of dace! But she coped beautifully - better I would say than my Wizard (not least because she is so much lighter!)
