Watched a good fishing film lately, why not talk about it in here.

A lovely video Fred, everyone should know how to handle fish properly. :thumb:

For me it was a shame he had to use super glue on the bait. :(

Thanks Fred.

I enjoyed that , but agree that I wouldn't opt for the superglue.

Plus, did I miss a bit? How did he avoid the chub? I bet I wouldn't have!!

Glad you liked it, copies going out to all members this week, and to subscribers of Coarse Angling Today at the end of the month.
There will also be some on sale at our show for a couple of quid.

As for the chub,i think his dropper knocked them out

Just out of interest, why not super glue ?

Fred I would never dream of gluing a bait together, it just doesn’t feel right for me. I thought super glue was full of toxins anyhow.

Ok personal taste.
It's on sale for everyday use so i'm not convinced about it being full of toxins

Still doesn't seem right to use on a bait for me, but that's old fashioned me I suppose.

Have used to stick a tooth in before when playing rugby many years ago now alas. Looks a little wonky as it quite quickly hardens before you get chance to align the tooth. But as for it being toxic....I'm still aliffffe :chuckle:

If you get an instant bite, a fish superglued to the hook is less likely to come off!! Genius.

OK......I'll get my coat.....!
