Does anyone have any tips on using this as bait for pike? Whole? Parts? Rigs? Popped-up or float fished? Chopped up as groundbait?
I have used it for catfish/Silure, but not for much else although I see no reason why pike (or chub?) wouldn't take it. Strips for chub - I see no reason why not, after all mackerel chunks can take them.
I use to buy it frozen and whole. Put a corkball into the cavity - a popup fished about 8-12in off the bottom, eyelevel!
