Thanks for posting Simon, that's a useful little booklet. They probably came with the reels when new but I have never seen a reel with one.

What's the significance of the bell pepper. Can we use a yellow or green one or must it be red?

Red pepper ??? I thought it was a cherry !!! No wonder I find them difficult to stuff !!!
