8 foot 2 inches. The red transfer doesn’t show very clearly in the photos.
I will use this rod in the boat and for canals and drains.

Very nice!
I am sympathetically (my excuse for not doing it very well!) restoring an Octofloat D/L at the moment an if it turns out half as nice as your rod I will be a happy chap.

Mind you I thought the same about mine but still haven't landed a pike with it yet

Hi Damflask, that is a beauty of a rod, have you caught anything on it since it was restored. If you want to sell it might be interested.
