Dog bed rod bag

Compared with some of the craftsmanship displayed in this section my effort pales but I'm quite proud of it..
I graze a handful of sheep on a friend's land. No money changes hands but I have a couple of self-imposed unofficial duties . One is dealing with rubbish from the stables that builds-up every few weeks; either dropping it off at the tip or having a bonfire as applicable.
Amid the last batch of junk was a huge dog bed . It was in a sorry state having once been the property of the farm mastiff in his puppy-stage, but I managed to salvage just enough for my needs. Those needs being a traditional-looking bag in keeping with the vintage style of my charity-shop "Capella".
It is not perfect, but luckily most of the "bloke -sewing" is tucked away on the inside .
